1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5–10 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. BeamTeam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale. To initiate a return, email returns@beamteam.co with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
4. Lifetime Stitch Repair
BeamTeam members are eligible for our lifetime stitch repair guarantee. If the stitching on your hoodie fails under normal wear conditions, we will repair it at no cost. This does not cover damage from misuse, alterations, or accidental damage. Contact us to arrange a repair.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and designs — is the property of BeamTeam and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
BeamTeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
