I'm Benny Bizuneh — and BeamTeam started with a pair of clippers and a dream.

During the pandemic, when the world slowed down, I started doing mobile haircuts — pulling up to clients, setting up anywhere, and creating moments of connection. Every cut was a story, every fade a reminder that confidence is contagious.

I've been cutting hair since I was about fourteen, teaching myself in mirrors, experimenting, failing, and improving — not just the craft, but the discipline behind it. Those years built more than skill; they built vision.

When I finally stepped into a barbershop, it wasn't just a new chapter — it was the birth of BeamTeam. What began as a hustle became a movement — a blend of Ethiopian roots, creative energy, and a belief that precision and passion can change how people feel about themselves.
